    Do I need two working keys to add a key to a 2019 Mazda 2, or can I add a key with only one working key?

    Yes you can add a new key if you already have one working key as long as you select add key option in your tool which ever tool you are using but, if you have lost all your working keys than you will need to have two new keys to program in again.
